Refund policy

At Starlight Western Wear, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If your purchase isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.

Please note that all sales are non-refundable.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, free of stains, odors, scuffs, pet hair, or other signs of wear, and returned with all original tags, boxes, and packaging.

For footwear, we ask that boots be tried on indoors on a clean surface to prevent damage to the soles.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival or an incorrect item was sent. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final sale and clearance merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
